Processing Time
Standard products are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Customized or made-to-order products require 1–2 weeks for production before shipping.
During high-volume periods (sales/holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please review our return, exchange, and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be in original condition
Tags must be attached (if applicable)
Item must be free of makeup, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Final sale items, customized products, and personalized apparel cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Customized / Made-to-Order Items
All customized or made-to-order items are final sale, as they are created specifically for you.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
We made a mistake on the customization, or
The item arrived damaged
If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Reason for the return
Once approved, we will send return instructions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
Size changes
Wrong item received
Damaged or defective items
To request an exchange, please email us.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Include photos of the issue
We will replace the item or provide a solution
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or personalized products
Final sale items
Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If a return is denied, the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
