If you a buyer, ArtEncounters.art is simply here to facilitate the transaction between you and the vendor. All Products and Shipping are handled exclusively by the vendor.

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our Services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission and under their direct supervision. Children under 13 years are not permitted to use our site or the Services.

If you are a seller, you are responsible to provide clear professional photos of the items for sale. Mature or Sexual content, Nudity, and other explicit content will not be tolerated and will be a grounds for account termination with no refund. Please also provide good descriptions of your items.

Account setting, including shipping settings and fees are your responsibility. Settings on listed items are also your responsibility. Please refer to our Vendor Help PDFs for detailed instructions on how to list products and set common settings.

We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for a reason we deem necessary.
